Grid Monitor October 2025 Promotion
1. Participation Period
- Valid for demos scheduled and attended in October 2025 (CT).
- Reschedules must remain in October.
2. Free Subscription Raffle
- Entry: Attend a Demo in October = 1 raffle entry (no purchase required).
- Limits: One entry per person; multiple employees from same company allowed (Grid Monitor may cap per company).
- Prize: 1 year of Grid Monitor Standard seat (or credit toward multi-seat).
- Drawing: Between Nov 15–30, 2025. Winner notified by email; must confirm within 10 business days.
- If winner already received an iPad Air, prize must be reassigned (with Grid Monitor approval).
3. iPad Air (Guaranteed Prize)
- How to qualify: (1) Schedule Demo, (2) Attend, (3) Purchase Eligible Subscription in October.
- Limit: One iPad per company (to the Account Holder who attended the Demo).
- Alternative: If gifts not allowed or outside U.S., invoice credit equal to iPad value (~$449).
- Cancellations: If subscription canceled/chargeback within 60 days, Grid Monitor may invoice iPad value.
4. Eligibility & Verification
- Attendance verified via meeting logs; must stay for full Demo.
5. Special Conditions
- Existing customers can enter raffle; if they add an Eligible Subscription in October, iPad rule applies.
- Enterprise upgrades in October qualify if Account Holder attended Demo.
- Raffle prize may be reassigned; iPad not transferable (except credit alternative).
6. Administration

- Random drawing; winners announced via email.
