Kelso has more than 35 years of experience in the Texas electric utility industry, including serving as
an expert witness for the Public Utility Commission of Texas. Mr. King also spent 10 years working for
the Texas Attorney General, advising state agencies on utility issues, negotiating rates and contracts for
utility services, and representing state agencies in rate cases before the Texas PUC. Since establishing a
private consulting practice in 1997, Mr. King has prepared reports on energy-related issues for the Texas
Legislature, assisted market participants in evaluating impacts and opportunities associated with
competitive electricity; evaluated utility rates and procurement strategies for large customers. Mr. King
currently publishes newsletters concerning the Texas PUC, the Electric Reliability Council of Texas
(ERCOT), and the Texas electricity market.

Eric has worn many hats in his software career. Eric has more than 20 years of enterprise software sales and support experience. Combining his training in television and film production and work with Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML), Eric is leading the Grid Monitor efforts to make all of our video content searchable.
