The  User may create and u1lize derivative data sets origina1ng from the Provider’s original Data  Set. However, this license does not grant the User the rights to distribute or publicly display the  Data Set or any derivative works thereof. The User’s rights under this provision are con1ngent  on compliance with all other terms and conditions of this Agreement. 

User access to this Website is governed by all applicable federal, state, and local laws. All  informa1on available on the Website is subject to U.S. export control laws and may also be  subject to the laws of the country where you reside.

 

Trademarks 

The trademarks, logos, and service marks (“Marks”) displayed on this Website are the property  of Grid Monitor or other third par1es. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to  be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions  will remain in effect. These Terms and Conditions constitute the en1re agreement between us  regarding use of Grid Monitor’s Website and supersede and replace any prior agreements  between you and Grid Monitor regarding use of the Website.
